TypePad's Got Room for That!

TypePad Has Unlimited Storage

This screen shot is from TypePad's pricing page. Apparently, unlimited storage is now available from Plus accounts on up; but, unless I'm missing something, the Basic account seems to have disappeared.

Thanks, TypePad! Nice move for retaining bloggers! Especially those who make ample use of TypePad's photo albums...

Coleman Camping Lantern from Club Bing Ordered October 2nd from Club Bing. Received today via UPS. This is 4D lantern, meaning that it requires four "D" batteries, which are not included. Minus the batteries, this lantern is incredibly light, which is good if you plan to carry it, not so great if you plan to beat things with it. According to the packaging, it has a Silver Coleman Performance Rating, and a runtime of up to 16 hours, given that you're using fresh alkaline batteries. For me, none of that matters, as long as it's functional when/if the next ice storm knocks out power in this...

The Weekly Standard: Hark! the Heralded Dylan Sings As a pop music reviewer put it in the New York Times a few years ago, by way of exculpation, Dylan "dips into a shared cultural heritage" to write songs that "are like magpies' nests, full of shiny fragments from parts unknown."
